ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน
การติดตั้ง เปิดใช้ หรือเชื่อมต่อบริการ Cloud กับ Kanaa Calendar ถือว่าผู้ใช้ยอมรับข้อกำหนดต่อไปนี้ โปรดหยุดใช้งานหากไม่ยอมรับข้อกำหนดดังกล่าว
1. ขอบเขตผลิตภัณฑ์
Kanaa Calendar เป็นแอปสำหรับบันทึก จัดการ แสดงรายงาน แจ้งเตือน สำรอง กู้คืน และซิงก์ข้อมูลนัดหมาย โดย Windows Native App เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์หลัก เว็บไซต์นี้ยังให้บริการ PWA และข้อมูลสาธารณะเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์
2. บัญชีและบริการ Cloud
- ผู้ใช้รับผิดชอบการรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี Google, Microsoft, เบราว์เซอร์ และอุปกรณ์ของตน
- ผู้ใช้ต้องมีสิทธิ์ใช้บัญชีและข้อมูลที่เชื่อมต่อกับ Kanaa Calendar
- บริการ Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Cloudflare, Microsoft Store และระบบแจ้งเตือนของอุปกรณ์อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการนั้นด้วย
- บริการภายนอกอาจช้าลง จำกัดบัญชี เปลี่ยนนโยบาย หรือไม่พร้อมใช้งานโดยอยู่นอกการควบคุมของ Kanaa Calendar
3. ข้อมูลของผู้ใช้
ผู้ใช้ยังคงเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลนัดหมายและเอกสารแนบที่ตนสร้าง ผู้ใช้อนุญาตให้ Kanaa Calendar ประมวลผลข้อมูลดังกล่าวเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อแสดง บันทึก สำรอง กู้คืน ซิงก์ และแจ้งเตือนตามฟังก์ชันที่ผู้ใช้เลือก
4. หน้าที่ของผู้ใช้
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของวัน เวลา สถานที่ รายละเอียด และผู้รับการแจ้งเตือน
- ตรวจสอบสถานะการซิงก์และเก็บสำรองข้อมูลสำคัญเพิ่มเติมตามความเหมาะสม
- ไม่ใช้แอปเพื่อกระทำผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิ์ หรือจัดเก็บเนื้อหาที่ไม่มีสิทธิ์ใช้งาน
- ไม่พยายามเจาะระบบ รบกวนบริการ หลีกเลี่ยงมาตรการความปลอดภัย หรือใช้งานเกินขอบเขตที่อนุญาต
5. การแจ้งเตือน
การแจ้งเตือนขึ้นอยู่กับข้อมูลที่ผู้ใช้บันทึก สถานะของแอป การตั้งค่า Windows หรือเบราว์เซอร์ การเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต โหมดประหยัดพลังงาน และข้อจำกัดของอุปกรณ์ ผู้ใช้ไม่ควรพึ่งพาการแจ้งเตือนเพียงอย่างเดียวสำหรับเหตุการณ์ที่อาจมีผลสำคัญทางกฎหมาย การเงิน สุขภาพ หรือความปลอดภัย
6. การสำรองและซิงก์ข้อมูล
ระบบสำรองและซิงก์มีไว้เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงของข้อมูลสูญหาย แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าไฟล์ทุกชุดจะอัปโหลด ดาวน์โหลด รวม หรือกู้คืนได้สำเร็จในทุกสถานการณ์ ผู้ใช้ควรรอผลยืนยันการซิงก์และเก็บสำรองเพิ่มเติมสำหรับข้อมูลที่สำคัญมาก
7. การเปลี่ยนบัญชีและยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อ
การยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อบัญชีจะไม่ลบข้อมูลในเครื่องหรือไฟล์สำรองบน Cloud โดยอัตโนมัติ ผู้ใช้เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบการลบข้อมูลจากบริการ Cloud เมื่อไม่ต้องการเก็บข้อมูลนั้นอีกต่อไป
8. สิทธิ์ในโปรแกรมและทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
© 2026 Kanaa Calendar. โปรแกรม โลโก้ รูปแบบหน้าจอ ข้อความ และส่วนประกอบต้นฉบับได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ ห้ามทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง แจกจ่าย ขายต่อ หรือใช้เพื่อการค้าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร ยกเว้นส่วนประกอบของบุคคลภายนอกที่อยู่ภายใต้ใบอนุญาตของเจ้าของนั้น
9. การให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่
Kanaa Calendar ให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่และตามที่มีให้ใช้ เราพยายามดูแลความเสถียรและความปลอดภัย แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่ขัดข้อง ไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือเหมาะกับวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะของผู้ใช้ทุกกรณี
10. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต Kanaa Calendar และผู้พัฒนาไม่รับผิดสำหรับความเสียหายทางอ้อม การสูญเสียโอกาส การสูญเสียข้อมูล หรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากบริการภายนอก การตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ หรือการใช้แอปที่ไม่เป็นไปตามคำแนะนำ ทั้งนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ของผู้บริโภคที่กฎหมายห้ามจำกัด
11. การปรับปรุง ระงับ หรือยุติฟังก์ชัน
อาจมีการปรับปรุง ระงับ หรือยุติฟังก์ชันบางส่วนเพื่อบำรุงรักษา ความปลอดภัย การเปลี่ยนนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการ หรือเหตุผลด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยจะพยายามลดผลกระทบต่อข้อมูลของผู้ใช้
12. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
ข้อกำหนดนี้อาจได้รับการปรับปรุงในอนาคต วันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดจะแสดงที่ด้านบน การใช้งานต่อหลังฉบับใหม่มีผลใช้บังคับถือเป็นการยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่ปรับปรุงแล้ว
13. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและการติดต่อ

By installing, opening, or connecting a cloud service to Kanaa Calendar, the user agrees to these terms.
1. Product scope
Kanaa Calendar provides appointment entry, management, reports, reminders, backup, restore, and synchronization. The Windows Native App is the primary product, while this website also hosts a PWA and public product information.
2. Accounts and cloud services
Users are responsible for protecting their Google, Microsoft, browser, and device accounts and for having authority to use any connected account or information. Google Drive, OneDrive, Cloudflare, Microsoft Store, and device notification systems are third-party services governed by their own terms and availability.
3. User data and responsibilities
Users retain ownership of their appointment data and attachments and permit Kanaa Calendar to process them only as necessary to provide selected functions. Users should verify appointment details, monitor synchronization status, maintain appropriate backups, and avoid unlawful or unauthorized use.
4. Reminders, backup, and synchronization
Reminder delivery depends on app state, operating-system or browser settings, network access, power management, and third-party services. Backup and synchronization reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every transfer or restore will succeed in every circumstance. Critical events should not rely on a single reminder or backup method.
5. Intellectual property
© 2026 Kanaa Calendar. The software, logo, original interface, and original text are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, modified, redistributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission, except for third-party components governed by their respective licenses.
6. Disclaimer and limitation
Kanaa Calendar is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, the developer does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or purpose-specific operation and is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities, data loss, or failures caused by third-party services or device configuration. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
7. Updates, termination, governing law, and contact
Features may be updated, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, provider policy, or product reasons. These terms may be updated, with the latest date shown above.
