Kanaa Calendar เป็นแอปปฏิทินและจัดการนัดหมายแบบ local-first โดยมี Windows Native App เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์หลัก และมี PWA สำหรับการใช้งานผ่านเว็บ นโยบายนี้อธิบายการเก็บ ใช้ ส่ง และลบข้อมูลเมื่อผู้ใช้เลือกใช้ฟังก์ชันของแอป

4. Google Drive Sync ของ Windows Native App
เมื่อผู้ใช้เลือกเชื่อมต่อ Google Drive จาก Kanaa Calendar Windows Native App แอปจะขอสิทธิ์เฉพาะ https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata เพื่อจัดเก็บและจัดการไฟล์สำรองของ Kanaa Calendar ในพื้นที่ข้อมูลเฉพาะของแอป (appDataFolder) ภายในบัญชี Google Drive ของผู้ใช้

5. Microsoft OneDrive

6. PWA และ Cloud Push Notification
PWA เก็บข้อมูลปฏิทินในเบราว์เซอร์เป็นหลัก เมื่อผู้ใช้เปิดใช้การแจ้งเตือนบนโทรศัพท์ ระบบอาจส่งข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการจัดคิวแจ้งเตือน เช่น ตัวระบุอุปกรณ์ วันเวลา หัวข้อและรายละเอียดที่ใช้แสดงการแจ้งเตือน ไปยังบริการ Kanaa Calendar Cloud Push ที่ทำงานบน Cloudflare Worker เพื่อส่ง Web Push เท่านั้น
Cloudflare อาจประมวลผลข้อมูลทางเทคนิคตามปกติ เช่น IP address เวลาเรียกใช้งาน และบันทึกความปลอดภัย ตามนโยบายของ Cloudflare
7. การแจ้งเตือนของ Windows
Windows Native App ใช้ข้อมูลวันและเวลานัดหมายบนอุปกรณ์เพื่อสร้าง Popup และ Windows Notification ระบบแจ้งเตือนอาจขึ้นอยู่กับการตั้งค่า Windows สถานะเครื่อง การทำงานเบื้องหลัง และการเชื่อมต่อเครือข่าย
8. การแบ่งปันข้อมูลและการโฆษณา
Kanaa Calendar ไม่มีโฆษณา ไม่ขาย ให้เช่า หรือแบ่งปันข้อมูลนัดหมายเพื่อการโฆษณา ข้อมูลถูกส่งไปยัง Google, Microsoft หรือ Cloudflare เฉพาะเมื่อผู้ใช้เปิดใช้ฟังก์ชันที่เกี่ยวข้อง และเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการนั้น
9. ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูล
- ข้อมูลในเครื่องเก็บไว้จนกว่าผู้ใช้จะลบข้อมูล ล้างข้อมูลแอป หรือถอนการติดตั้ง
- ข้อมูลสำรองใน Google Drive หรือ OneDrive เก็บไว้จนกว่าผู้ใช้หรือแอปจะลบ หรือผู้ให้บริการดำเนินการตามนโยบายบัญชี
- ข้อมูล Cloud Push เก็บเท่าที่จำเป็นสำหรับการส่งและจัดการการแจ้งเตือน รวมถึงการป้องกันการส่งซ้ำและการตรวจสถานะ
10. การยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อ ถอนสิทธิ์ และลบข้อมูล
- ผู้ใช้สามารถกดยกเลิกการซิงก์ภายใน Kanaa Calendar เพื่อล้างบัญชีและ token ที่แอปเก็บบนอุปกรณ์
- ผู้ใช้สามารถถอนสิทธิ์ Kanaa Calendar จากหน้าจัดการแอปและบริการภายนอกของบัญชี Google หรือ Microsoft
- การยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อไม่ลบไฟล์สำรองบน Cloud โดยอัตโนมัติ เว้นแต่ผู้ใช้เลือกใช้คำสั่งลบที่แอปรองรับหรือใช้เครื่องมือของผู้ให้บริการ Cloud
- ผู้ใช้สามารถลบข้อมูล PWA ผ่านการตั้งค่าเว็บไซต์ของเบราว์เซอร์ และยกเลิก Web Push ผ่านการตั้งค่าการแจ้งเตือนของเบราว์เซอร์หรืออุปกรณ์
11. ความปลอดภัย
เราออกแบบระบบให้ขอสิทธิ์เท่าที่จำเป็น ใช้การเชื่อมต่อ HTTPS ตรวจสอบไฟล์สำรอง และป้องกันการกู้คืนไฟล์ที่ไม่ปลอดภัย อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีระบบรับส่งหรือจัดเก็บข้อมูลใดรับประกันความปลอดภัยได้ทั้งหมด ผู้ใช้ควรดูแลบัญชี อุปกรณ์ และสำเนาสำรองของตนเอง
12. ผู้เยาว์
Kanaa Calendar ไม่ได้มุ่งเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากเด็กโดยเจตนา ผู้ปกครอง สถานศึกษา หรือองค์กรควรกำกับดูแลการใช้งานตามกฎหมายและนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
13. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

Privacy Policy
Kanaa Calendar is a local-first calendar and appointment manager. The Windows Native App is the primary product, and a PWA is also available. This policy explains how information is stored, used, transmitted, and deleted when a user chooses specific features.
1. Controller and contact

2. Information entered by users
Users may enter appointment subjects, dates and times, locations, contact names, phone numbers, notes, preparation lists, appointment types, images, PDF files, and application settings.
3. Local-first storage
Core data is stored first in the app’s local storage on the user’s device. The PWA uses browser storage such as IndexedDB. The developer does not operate a central database that automatically reads users’ appointment records.
4. Google Drive Sync in the Windows Native App
When a user connects Google Drive, Kanaa Calendar requests only the non-sensitive https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata scope. This scope is used to create and manage Kanaa Calendar backup files in the Google Drive application data folder.
- The app does not use this scope to access general files in My Drive.
- Application data files are hidden from the normal Drive UI and are accessible only to the Kanaa Calendar OAuth application.
- Backups may contain appointments, settings, images, and PDF attachments selected by the user.
- Account identifiers and OAuth tokens may be stored securely in the app’s local application storage to maintain the connection.
- Google user data is used only for sign-in, backup, restore, and synchronization requested by the user. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to build advertising profiles.
5. Microsoft OneDrive
When OneDrive is connected, the app uses the Kanaa Calendar App Folder in the user’s personal Microsoft account. Disconnecting removes the local connection state but does not automatically delete local data or cloud backup files.
6. PWA and cloud push notifications
If a user enables phone notifications in the PWA, information necessary to schedule and display a reminder—such as a device identifier, schedule, title, and notification details—may be sent to the Kanaa Calendar Cloud Push service hosted on Cloudflare Workers solely to deliver Web Push notifications.
7. Sharing, advertising, and third parties
Kanaa Calendar contains no third-party advertising and does not sell appointment data. Information is sent to Google, Microsoft, or Cloudflare only when the user enables the relevant feature and only as necessary to provide it.
8. Retention, deletion, and revocation
Local data remains until the user deletes it, clears app/site data, or uninstalls the app. Cloud backups remain until deleted by the user, the app, or the cloud provider under its account policies. Users can disconnect accounts inside Kanaa Calendar, revoke access in their Google or Microsoft account settings, clear PWA site data, and disable browser notification permission.
9. Security
We apply least-privilege permissions, HTTPS, backup validation, and restore safety controls. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should protect their accounts and maintain appropriate backups.
10. Children, updates, and contact
Kanaa Calendar is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children. This policy may be updated when features, providers, or legal requirements change. Questions or deletion requests may be sent to p.puttipu@gmail.com.
